"Front desk very helpful. Maintenance inexistent. . I was there 4 months and asked for electrical repair on the first day. Never done. Housekeeping is horrible . They go into the room and do nothing. I left things on the floor on purpose to see if they were sweeping the floor and guess what???? Nope. They would skip the cleaning day and wouldn’t come back for another week or two. Lots of roaches. They asked the guests to make room for pest control servir twice . Again, they never even entered the room."

"During my work travels I have stayed ath this particular location two times. The first time was well over a year during covid and this last time about seven months. It is a great location and it was pleasant to see the same manager when I came back to this location. I am heading to Knoxville and will be staying once again at InTown Suites. I assure you, if work does bring me back to Orlando, I will stay here again if the have a room available!!"

"Whatever you do, make sure to get an upgraded room. The standard rooms are trash . Cancelation process and changing reservations if you made them online is a disaster. I stayed a few years ago, and it wasn't like this. Roaches on the floor after it's being cleaned. A room that smells of stale cigarettes is what was offered to me with no remorse or spray or alternative. I wouldn't invite my worst enemy to stay in those my experience with front desk and the call center is disappointing, as I believe in good customer service and I don't feel that it's often provided for the paying customers."

"I stayed here a bit over a month, there’s roaches in the rooms. I reserved for a 2 bed room and they didn’t have any when I got there. The manager is extremely rude and treats everyone badly. There’s a coworker there that is always in someone’s business even other coworkers complain and talk badly about him. We have a service dog and were accused of lying and was told by manager she was looking at cameras because of the dog, harassment much? Then she decided to change our weekly price because she felt some time of way, and then lied and said the prices change but when I looked online the special were still going, when confronted she kicked us out.. with no notice at all. There’s only one person there that likes working there and it’s the front staff lady. Everyone else hates their job, themselves and treat people badly because I also witness the manager arguing with other tenants. They need to hire better staffs. Horrible experience."
