"It’s not a luxury place. Breakfast isn’t included which is 9 per person to eat toast and cereal. Room smelled strong of bleach which was overwhelming for me having asthma I had to air out the room. It seemed clean however it has small roaches. They don’t clean daily nor do they bring you fresh towels. Towels smell funny."

"Just needed something not ridiculously priced near Universal Studios and this was our choice. The rooms were decent for the most part, but upon further inspection we began to see problems. Smelled clean, appeared clean until night two where we begun to see small roaches. Fridge door was broken on mini fridge, the door to get in the room was hard to open, which I guess served as a positive, and there was visible dirt on the ceiling, which they just attempted to paint over. And one other positive beside the proximity to Universal/Disney is they have a shuttle to and from the parks. Wouldn’t stay here again though. This by no means is praise, but compared to some of the photos shared of other guest’s rooms, we came off extremely lucky!! As people running a hotel, I don’t care if it’s a 2 star, do something to address people’s concerns and actively make the necessary changes!! Don’t just say it, do it!!!"

"Good: Staff - they were awesome! I was welcomed by Lucas (I believe that's his name) and he was always very helpful and polite! 5-stars for the staff. Large rooms - Was able to accommodate two persons + bags very easily Comfy beds Pool (but I didn't use it) Bad: Cleanliness - the bathroom sink had bugs every morning Old room - the hotel seems to have remodeled the entrance, but the rooms are still very old. The mirror in my bathroom was old, it was peeling. The tap had rust. Air conditioning - Either it got too cold, or it turned off. And it made a lot of noise"

"Great location, clean, helpful staff, and everything from shopping to attractions are within 10 min away. all for a reasonable price. The place was remodeled not too long ago. If you enjoy screen mirroring from your phone or tablet, the rooms are equipped with large smart flat TV with mirroring capabilities. Fridge, microwave, and safety boxes are included at no extra charge but what you pay for the night."
