"The staff was so helpful and friendly. The property was clean and very quiet. We loved the heated swimming pool. My room was spotless and well maintained. It is so close to the Florida Mall and all the Theme Parks. I highly recommend HomeTowne Studios- Orlando- South. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Orlando."

"the hotel was really bad the system worked rlly bad we reserved two rooms and it said that they canceled the room when we didn’t and it took us more than an hour to give it to us and get it fixed. when i entered the room the smell was nasty it smelled like pee the bed sheets had stains and little specks of dirt on them there were roaches in our room the fridge was nasty and the bathroom wall had mold on it and the ac didn’t work after we told them to fix it they never did. this hotel is diguisting for my experience and you can’t change my mind if your planning on a vacation don’t go to this hotel!"

"At least we're not homeless. That's about all that I can say about it. Yes there are a lot of cockroaches. The room has water leaking and it constantly to which they cannot fix. They do not like to give you extra towels when you need to clean up the mess made by their air conditioners or by leaky faucets. The rooms are dirty. The shower leaks constantly makes a lot of noise. Honestly I think the stove might be a fire hazard but at least we have a place to live. The staff is usually friendly but they have a high turnover rate. I hope we can find an apartment but we're appreciative of the fact that they let us stay here for so long"

"It was just ok. When I arrived I seen two rooms the first one smelled like mold, the second was a smoking room and it smelled great. Overall it was decent, the price being 80 bucks a night was high for the quality of the hotel. It was a 6-7 out of ten. The staff were great although I was hounded for five dollars for two days after I checked in. When I prepaid a welcome price. They finally let that go, after a talk to a manger. If you like luxurious hotel stays this one’s not for you."
