"We called for a quote. After looking at our pool, they lacked capacity to take us on as a client. They do not have capacity for new clients. Edit: they had our address at the time of the original call and said they could start the next week. There was no indication that there may not be a technician; otherwise, we would have called other companies. When calling we said we needed to start quickly. If they didn’t have capacity, why didn’t they simply say that prior to giving us the runaround for three days?"

"We are very happy with their service. We live in Stuart and after getting our pool installed we had issues trying to maintain it ourselves.
