"I have always tried to keep my business local. I have used Pinch a penny, since I moved here in 2015. Spent 1000’s and bought all of my chemicals and used them do work on our pumps etc. when I asked them if they could service my pool. They told me they couldn’t, sorry we can’t except any more clients. Cool, I’m looking for a pool service. I’ll be being bringing my empty jugs back. Never did prior to and when I mentioned this. Do anyone tell me I have 30 days to return my jugs. Fast forward. I returned them and I was refunded 12.50 for $5 jugs. It’s a $10. Deposit on these. Why only $12.50. You have had them over 30 days. This is horrible customer service and Profiting off the public. Sorry for the long rant, very upsetting."
"Condescending comments about pricing when I was asking about the price and promo which still is not a deal. We are all trying to dodge inflation, no need to shame me for it. I bought what I needed. It was nearly $200 for what used to be $49 last summer at this location. I rarely shop Pinch Penny cuz their prices are always mega inflated compare to the stores I usually get my supplies at. The irony of the store name. Who is buying and who is selling. People forget that. Its a franchise so they have to care I suppose."
"Great staff. Came in to fix my pool cleaner and replace the wheels. The guys here were super helpful. Even helped after walking in minutes before closing, Greatly appreciated ! Super knowledgeable manager also. Wasn't sure they would be able to fix my pool cleaner, due to it being out of date. But the manager came up with a creative solution on the spot. Very impressed with his expertise. Thanks again, and God bless!!"
"Great Service, Great Atmosphere. Great people.. I come here for all my pool supplies. No one has ever tried to sell me anything I didn't need or want. I love the free pool water tests. It really makes keeping your pool at the right levels and clean easy. It really does. I've used a few other pool places in the past, but have found this Pinch a Penny is really the best store to get anything pool related."
"Always friendly faces and a great service department. They no their industry inside and out. Been going to them since 2003 before I even had my 1st pool built for some do's & dont's of building and maintaining my pool."
