"After the Sell" service has been great! We test our water with a simple test strip and send in a pic via our phone and they tell us what to do to the water. "Mario and Laurie are so helpful and knowledgeable about hot tubs! They are so patient with all our questions and concerns and happily answering everything. They offered us time to actually sit in the tubs with the water at the correct temperature to evaluate which tub would be best for us. The delivery was on time and Mario held our hands and instructed us once the tub was operational and continued via text getting the water to its proper chemistry. This is our second hot tub purchase, the first one with them, and I wish we had gotten the first one through them. I recommend them as the best sales/service company I have seen in years.
