"We’ve been using CoastLife Pools for the past couple years. After a disappointing series of events with the prior pool service company, several of our neighbors switched to CoastLife. Our service tech is professional, reliable, personable and very courteous. You can’t ask for much more than that? The pool is approximately 25 years old and began to show signs of wear on the finish. Last fall, we consulted their Service Manager and he gave us a very detailed estimate of the work necessary to refinish/refurbish our pool system. Their team walked us through the entire process of selecting colors, patterns and the ‘new’ look of our pool. After the work was completed, the finished product far exceeded our expectations and the pool looks inviting and very finished. CoastLife is an outstanding family company with skilled and responsive employees that truly care about their customers."

Look, no job/company is ever perfect and everyone's experiences differ, but I have had them servicing my pool for 8 years and the entire company is great at what they do, friendly, responsive and caring! They will do everything to make sure you are satisfied. When it came time to resurface my pool, I also chose CoastLife for this. The product itself is beautiful and I have no complaints. The process had some bumps with equipment from a vendor, but not the fault of CoastLife, AND THEY MADE SURE TO BE ON IT (EVERY SINGLE PERSON!) The vendor was also extremely apologetic (even though they couldn't have predicted the machine malfunction) and did everything they could to make it right. "We just finished building a pool with Coastlife, from start to finish it has been absolutely concierge service. Their design experts Craig and Nick really helped us build the most visually stunning pool in our neighborhood. Greg, our construction manager was excellent and was always available when we had questions. We had easy access to all the staff and all were very responsive to any issues that may have risen. Nick originally said the project would take about 5-6 months depending on materials and they finished in just over 4 months. We would 100 percent recommend them for a pool build.
