"After looking at a few pool companies, my husband and I decided to have Premier Pools & Spas | Florida South build our new pool. They were amazing starting with design specialist Andrea, to project manager Jason and CFOO Sue. They made our experience flawless and stress-free from start to finish. They passed every inspection the first time and they were able to stay in our budget. Our pool took less than 3 months to complete. I would recommend this company to everyone looking for a new pool. Thank you guys, so much! We love our new pool!"

"Ronald Sills is the worst person I have never met. They advertise that they build pools in 3-4months and that is a blatant lie. It took them 10 months to build my pool and it would of taken longer if I was not my own project manager. I would never recommend anyone to build with this company. Imagine I had to submit a complaint to BBB to get answers because they would not respond or lie and say they are taking care of a warranty claim and they never did. They send employees who are not professionals to install your pool equipment. Premier claims the project was delayed due to the pandemic or shortage in materials. I had all my materials waiting in my yard long before all the shortages. Due to Premier being unorganized and mismanagement of their organization, the project was delayed. I contracted for a 6 foot pool and they submitted a permit for a 5 foot pool. They tried to offer me more LED lights to cover up their error. They wanted me to pay for their error I said no I have a contract for a 6 foot pool. They had to redesign and resubmit to the city for a new permit. Also, Improper designing and sizing by Premier caused another delay (footers were incorrect). It was costing Premier $800 to correct their error. Premier willfully delayed the project for 2 weeks because we offered to pay $400 for their error and not the full $800. If it was not for the construction manager (whom they fired) our project would still be delayed. I had my final inspection and we passed. Good riddance Premier Pool & Spas. I emailed Ron about this and told him I will take legal action if he does not resume building my pool. Ron emails me back threatening me saying if I want his "help" to finish my pool I better stop with my threats. As I recall I hired and paid Ron Sills the owner, the Professional (far from it) of Premier Pools to build my pool. My 10 months of hell is finally over. But, wait they still have not delivered my umbrella pool sleeve cap that I was supposed to receive an estimated 2 months ago. he only gets one star because it is required for me to post this review. He does not deserve any stars"

"Please do not contract Premier Pools, they are a franchise so they subcontract others to do your pool, I found out after losing $7,000. Believe all bad reviews, all good reviews most be fake. Keith was nice at first, then never answered my text or calls. Very unprofessional. I canceled the contract due to poor customer service and taking long time to start construction. I signed the contract in Jan/2021 and only until May we met to select materials. Four terrible months dealing with Keith. I was in the step of giving another 20% of the contract. Thanks God I never did,. I sent them an email indicating my frustration and that I wanted to cancel and needed my money back,, they never replied back asking for my decision or an apology, nothing. I didn’t hear from them until I put a complaint at BBB, they replied there indicating nothing wrong but never said anything about the treatment received by Keith. Do your job before contracting Premier Pools, search, read all reviews in Google and BBB. Avoid hassle,. They should be out of business. The only person I can say thanks is Erin, she was always nice and responded all my emails, calls and texts."

"I’m glad I didn’t read the negative reviews before hiring Premier to build my pool. I have a small backyard and several pool companies told me there was not enough room to put a pool. I contacted Premier based on an advertisement and was told it was absolutely possible to put a pool in. The design was approved by the county and we couldn’t be happier with our new pool. The supervisor, Paul, was right on top of things. He responds quickly to text messages and phone calls and explained every step of the process as well as coming out to make sure each stage was finished to his satisfaction. No problems with any of the subcontractors as they always showed up as scheduled. A big shout out to Adriana who did the scheduling and ordering- great customer service from her as well."

"Our experience with this company was absolutely horrible. You are completely dependent on the integrity of the owners. The parent company of this franchise is pretty much non-existent, so if you do have any issues with the franchise owners there is nowhere to go. Heed our warning of this franchise and check the BBB. We picked them based on a presentation of receiving a top quality pool, which we did pay top dollar for. Our salesman Bill was great at building a trusting relationship in order to get a signed contract and with good reason as he is part owner, something he did not disclose upfront. His pitch included a lifetime warrantee, which we discovered is not even through them, it is through the gunite company and is non-transferrable. He certainly did not point out the 7%, error margin allowance in the contract, which was a serious problem for our project. Things promised in his sales pitch were either changed or later dismissed and there were original product choices that were not available at time of installation, which forced us to settle for lesser quality materials. His promise of being there throughout the process was quickly broken. There was a serious lack of professionalism and communication, poor project management, follow through and the customer service was basically non-existent. We were continually forced to chase them. The more we confronted and tried to get answers, the more we were ignored. Calls & texts constantly went unanswered & ignored throughout the entire project. The contractors they hired not only did shoddy work, but would leave our property a mess and in unsafe conditions. They consistently left garbage, tools and chemicals at the reach of our 3 year old. They left the open pool shell unfenced on numerous occasions and when we tried to contact them, our calls and texts went ignored forcing us to put it up ourselves. One construction group even pulled lounge chairs from our back yard and put them where they wanted so they could lounge in them. Not only did they leave them there, but also left their garbage and cigarette butts and even thought it was fine to write on the chairs, which never came off! Among the many problems, one major issues with our pool, and why they cover themselves in the contract, was that our pool shell has a 7” diagonal measurement difference, which makes it 3.5 inches out of square. Same as the coping and the pavers. With everything being so off the pavers go 3.5” to 1” on each side of the pool, a very unsightly look, which we were forced to accept because of the way the error margin is stated in the contract. Our project had way too many screw ups to mention here and when we had finally had enough we insisted on meeting with someone to go over them, which ended up being another owner Ron. We found him to be exceptionally rude, unwilling to accept responsibility for issues, and nothing but condescending towards us on our own property. His solution was to offer us $400 for our troubles in exchange for them finishing our project (how gracious) and us signing an agreement to give them a 4 star review. Bribery! Which actually made sense because we could not figure out how they were getting good reviews on google, especially after looking them up on the BBB. All payments had to be made prior to completion, which should not be. We had to threaten going to court for completion responses. 4 months after our pool was completed we got a letter from a company that had made a delivery to our house for the project asking us if it had been completed because their invoices were not being paid and calls to PPAS were not being returned. We are so glad that we are done with PPAS and our daily frustrations (for now) are over. We hope this review can help others understand how important it is to do research on a company before trusting in a salesman (owner disguised) that acts like he has your best interest. They have recently located from Deerfield Beach to the Stuart area, perhaps to start over. Our advise is to stay clear of this company, advise we seriously wish we had received."
