"So it has been 6 months since the completion of our pool, deck and screen project and we absolutely love our pool. Our experience with Apex has been awesome. As in any large contracting project there have been some small bumps in the road, fortunately Julie Scalise became my go to person at Apex and she has been wonderful. Every time I've called with questions or concerns Julie has answered my call and taken care of whatever it is/was right away. The other day our heater stopped working, Julie had the heater company and a rep from Apex here the next day. The heater tech fixed our issue under warranty and the Apex guy checked out the rest of our system. God forbid I should ever move again and need a pool Apex and Julie will be my first call. Have had a great experience with Apex Pools so far. They answered our call when the other companies did not. They set up an appointment right away and our sales person Eric D'Angelo followed through. Was told to expect to pay more with this company but the only other company of the eight we called that actually responded, a month after our call, was only a couple thousand less and their warranties were not nearly as good. The responsiveness of Apex alone is worth the extra few bucks. Have been working with Michelle Chute on the design and all other aspects of our project and she always either answers my call or gets back to me quickly with everything I ask for. We are only two months since signing our contract and everything is proceeding as they said it would be. Our materials have been ordered, surveyors have been out and our project is in permitting. I've been told by others that this can take several months. According to Apex we should be swimming by next spring. We shall see. Fingers crossed."

"*** Far Above and Beyond *** Having completed many projects with many contractors over many years, I write to highly praise Apex on my recently completed pool project. Professional, reputable and knowledgeable with a history of performance. Not a franchise or sub-contract model. All the Apex folks I met (and there were perhaps 30 or so that came to site for one part of the job or another) were respectful, well-presented, well-spoken and courteous, and above all, had a smile. Everyone worked hard. An evident special corporate culture that reflects pride in company and product. No excuses, no unrealistic promises, no sub-contractor nightmares (Apex is virtually all “in-house” which is a huge factor to project certainty). Communication was regular and timely. If I had a question or concern - no matter how small - there was an answer. Above all, Apex cared to ensure customer satisfaction. Neighbours have commented on how clean, neat and professional the work was, and how things progressed over weeks rather than the months some pools can take. Without hesitation, I recommend. In today’s world of increasing mediocrity and society’s acceptance thereof, Apex went far above and beyond. The list of names of those to say thank you to is far too long – you all know who you are. From the Canadian Snowbird – “thank you”. Out of 5 stars, I give you 100. Simply the best."

"Contracted Apex to build our pool based on their great reviews. Beautiful pool. Two and 1/2 years later I noticed we were losing water. Contacted Red Rhino Leak Detection. Two leaks were found around jets. Repaired satisfactorily. Julie at Apex offered to reimburse. Extremely happy with Red Rhino and Apex for standing behind their product. Would highly recommend."
