"i called to have my pool pump checked for a noise. Pinch A Penny scheduled an appointment the next day and sent me a time frame for arrival that evening. Bryan arrived on time. Inspected the pump and found a problem of the pump seal. I am very satisfied with the service from Pinch A Penny. From initial call to finish of servicing my pool pump, the staff was friendly, helpful, informative and knowledgeable."

"My initial review was based on the parting words of the repairman, saying that I would be called about the warranty on the failed Pentair equipment and a Pentair part which may be the cause of the ongoing issues AND Brad mentioned a voice message that was sent but was not received. As a result, Brad - owner of Pinch-a-Penney #008 - reached out immediately upon seeing my comments. Brad was apologetic but extremely understanding of my frustration and just as helpful in solving the chronic PENTAIR issue I was having. To clarify, my angst was not so much with Pinch-a-Penney as it is with PENTAIR products. Pentair is painted as the best in pool equipment however that has not been my experience... and that could be the result of incorrect care by my pool service and of course faulty Pentair equipment. The failed part was under warranty and it took several days to reach PaP #008. Today - Thursday, 8 Feb 24 - was the replacement of the failed Pentair part and the replacement of the Pentair power source. Bryan did the replacement of both devices and provided direction to pass on to my pool service individual… which I will absolutely do. The bottom line, Brad was true to his word and desire to solve my problem, Bryan did an excellent job AND I am a happy customer. Thank you to Brad and Bryan and to Pinch-a-Penney #008 in Sarasota, Florida. First comments: (Difficult to provide positive feedback considering... it helps to complete the work and communicate with customer. Going on two weeks and my Pentair problem is unresolved/incomplete. Also, Bryan said I would be called about replacing a different Pentair unit and so far…nothing. Look forward to Pinch-a-Penney feedback.)"

"There is real pain to deal with this people. There being real painful to get this people respond for a warranty. I'm Veterans the be deal for the last two months with this company traying to fix my swimming pool light there install in my swimming pool and quiet the work same week was installed. I be calling and ho straight to the store and the only tell me I going to call your be two month and still no schedule for fix my lights . I be going to store every week. I talk with honor and he wife but not respond from them only said all call you. There been play me for this two months. I said to any Veterans no give any business yo this company."
