"Literally I was putting off this review for quite a while since this is the second time SAONY been rude, but today 2/12/2024 just did it. Ever since Covid retail stores just hire literally any stupid people that go and apply. ARIANNA (cashier) and SAONY E (coordinator) are examples of people that should not be working in customer service. SAONY is rude and nasty when she knows she is in the wrong. I been shopping at Marshall’s and tjmaxx for YEARS and she tried to give me a gift card for a return item I purchased CASH and saying merchandise credit is the same as gift cards. When she seen I knew what I was talking about she threw my receipt on the counter and didn’t hand it to me and ended up giving me my cash."

"There’s strong mold smell in the changing rooms. It’s really gone downhill. Who wants to get sick, trying on clothes???"

"Update: No longer much Rae Dunn in Marshall's but their Christmas gift selection is out of this world!........ Previously I found Rae Dunn items at Marshall's! I did not know they carried them! Love it!"

"Check your ticket at register, 7 pcs bought, 8 on ticket. I warn her about mistake but she dont care after 3 warnings, manager came and apologies."

"Staff is friendly and helpful. One associate helped me find a blouse I was looking for and the associate in the fitting room was very helpful and accommodating. I brought many items in to try on and she helped me organize and trade them out with ease. One dress had the security tag blocking the zipper and she called the front to have it removed so I could try it on. The staff make it a great shopping experience and a very nice selection of stylish items."
