"Very deceptive prices ! Came there from Venice to buy a cell phone that was advertised for 40$ Spent waiting 30 minutes so they could get a manager to open electronic safe ,and they said they don't have it!!! Why don't you be lazy and Tage that price tag away?"

"Very messy store. Bathrooms completely disgusting. They should be ashamed. Dark curly hair "customer service" girl in jeans and zip jacket is a rude human. Overall place is just messy gross and doesnt care lately. Makes ya feel dirty."

"Staff is often on their phones instead of working. Hard to find staff when you need one. If you're going to leave 90% of the checkout aisled un staffed, then you should just get rid of all the checkout registers and make everything self checkout. A worker from this store once said to me on Nextdoor, that it takes a LOT of skill to work a cash register. I pointed out that it's so easy, they created self checkout lanes. They then said that doing refunds is hard. That's funny because there's a special customer service desk for refunds. We don't need a lot of people in the store who know how to do refunds."

"Pick up sign, brightly illuminates the south end of the building has shown in the photo. Actual pick up, however, is nowhere near there and on the side of the building on the north end. Wasted time driving through the parking lot. Looking for pick up sign. Even after I got there it took them about 15 minutes to bring out the order. To their credit, they did get the order, correct. But it was only two of the same item. I don’t know that it was a time saver."

"I normally do pick up grocery. Every time I place an order I am either missing items or my bread is smashed or I cannot ask for a different replacement when I call the store and ask to speak with a manager she tells me there’s nothing she can do that. I need to call the one 800 number, I have not even picked up my groceries yet. Last time they substituted the coffee they didn’t have for another one that was another brand and I was completely fine with it. I asked her if she could do the same thing that they did last time she said they could not . Calling the store for the past 35 minutes. I finally got in touch with someone who answered horrible customer service, especially coming from a manager so if you’re going to do your Walmart Pickup, I would choose a different store."
