"What actually looked like a department store..now after there move..looks like you're shopping in a tiny second-hand store. Aisles are so small. Items are placed up high on shelves. Product quality is low, and selection is slim. HIGHLY doubt I'll return to this location just not worth it."
"Unorganized, terrible look in store. Looks like it got hit by a hurricane. This store used to be nice and clean, Needs new management. Place declining by the week to the point where everything is scattered on wrong racks , aisles or random areas in store. A lot of items look empty or stolen and discarded around store. No thanks"
"DON’T GO TO SHOP TO THIS PLACE The worst Burlington store that you can go to spend your money or your time in the Sarasota area . I been a customer from that location for the last 9 years I have seen how the store was getting smaller and smaller through the last couple years , but this “ new “ whatever they called is next level, there no words to describe that mess, merchandise is everywhere and I’m not talking about the shelves because that is a hole other planet , I talking about items all over the floor literally have to move clothes, purses, shoes … to be able to push the shopping cart around , space is to crowded aisle are so narrow that to person can’t cross a aisle at same time one coming across the other. That store is the reflect of really poor management , planning is really disappointing and disrespectful to the customer that are going there to spend their money. The cashiers ( only two) where so overwhelmed that not even care taking off the alarms from the items so the detector on the exit , which is the only thing that works properly on that place just keep going on and on with pretty much every customer . I could be just writing negative comments about that place the rest of my life so ; JUST DON’T GO TO SHOP , find another place where you , your money and your time is respected and appreciated."
"This is absolutely the worst Burlington I’ve ever been in now. The store is completely overcrowded with stuff everywhere aisles full of clothes & shoes. You cannot get down the aisle with your cart. I don’t know what Burlington was thinking when they redid this, but it’s absolutely awful and I will not be back Save yourtime!!!! Do not go here. It may look better on the outside, but the inside is 100 times worse."
"My Girlfriend went into this store with our 7 month old baby and spent about an hour browsing for some clothes/toys to purchase. She got to the register and realized they do not accept apple pay any longer after their renovation. She didn’t have her card on her and could not make the purchase. Completely understandable. So I sent her my card information to use for her purchase, knowing you can manually submit a credit card/Debit card information. The woman refused to do it manually and lost a sale. I proceeded to call and talk to the woman to let her know it was my card and it was completely “OK” for the purchase. Told me to hold on… hung up on me and i called back 4 times and no answer. Your new building might look great on the outside, but it’s what’s on the inside that really shows. Really great service and an even better associate.. I applaud you."
