"We don't come here often (my daughter just does dance as her PE class, so just updating sizes, really), but we have had very positive experiences so far. Thus far, customer service has been great-- helpful, but not pushy. They are quick to find the right size (nothing as involved as pointe shoes). So far, for what we have needed, I find their prices very reasonable. The only "con" to this store is the hours...I wish they were open later (my daughter does not get home from school until about 4:45-4:50, and we are a good 20 minutes away...but, luckily they are open Saturdays!)"

"We went to the Dancewear Shoppe today in Sarasota. It is quite closed to Celery Field. My daughter needed 3” character shows for her role in Cinderella at the Rise Above performing arts theatre. We were greeted with smiles as soon as we walked in and was escorted to the shoe section by Elena. She was extremely knowledgeable, and fitted my daughter perfectly. They did not have them in stock in her size so she placed an order that will be there in a week. It was such a pleasurable stress free experience"
