I went all the way home before I realized it, sped back over, and the staff was super kind and helpful while they looked for it... and found it! I was really freaking out and they were so understanding. Thank you so much!"

"I hate self check out for the principal of servicing my own items, paying then having someone as to see my receipt at the exit. Same Club does stuff check out, by pass the line, scan with phone on the app, worker checks upon exit. Fix up Walmart!! Do better"

"I arrived at 5:25 to pick up my scheduled order ( between 5-6 pm). I waited 15 minutes before someone came to tell me they had given all of my dry items to someone else. I asked them to keep my cool items inside as she told me there were 2 pickers getting the rest of my order. It's now 6:15 and the order they picked was completely wrong except for my cool items (missing my ice cream) but they did bring my Kleenex. They're back in picking again using photos they snapped from my phone order while my cool items are in the trunk. SUPER pleasant and apologetic but this is NOT curbside pickup"

"Only 2 registers open with cashiers. Had to use a self check out due to crazy lines. 3 employees stood there and talked & laughed the whole time I was checking out. Stayed calm since I was basically doing their job while they were just standing around. When I went to walk out the door they insist on seeing the receipt...seriously??? Put some people on the registers & I wouldn't have to do my own check out. Hell no I'm not showing you anything. Ugh rant over."
