"Wonderful store and shopping experience, we were looking for workout clothes and free weights. The selection was great, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was the best place, with a large assortment and friendly staff, we were able to find what we were looking for in no time. It helped to complete our gym routine at home."

"Paul, the manager. Hmm. Not a very helpful or pleasant individual. It's usually a great experience there, but this guy has tainted the entire experience. Short rude statements , condescending, definitely not understanding of the situation about my item being lost and not delivered. Not life or death on my side, but Paul.... u my friend are in the wrong position."

"Tried to make a simple exchange for some Nike weightlifting gloves that I had bought four days ago, used once, and the stitching in several places was coming undone already. I could not find the receipt, but figured an exchange could be made for the exact same product in hopes that they would hold up better. I was told that my only options were to return the gloved for literally $2.32 since I had no proof of purchase and they were used, or keep the poor quality ones I already had. The manager came over and said he would just have to go in the back to track down my receipt since my scorecard rewards card was not used for the initial purchase (not sure why the cashier didn’t do this then…). While this was all happening a simple google search leads me to the Dick’s website where it claims “ We provide a free and easy returns process”. The entire process took over 10 minutes for a simple exchange. And below that headline on the Dick’s website it says “Returns without a Valid Proof of Purchase must be returned using a valid ID and will receive a store credit for the lowest selling price. Store credit may be used for in-store merchandise purchases only.” So I’m really confused as to why the process was so drawn out and they felt a need to find proof of purchase when the website says that’s not required for returns. Overall just a frustrating and drawn out experience that makes me not really want to go back. Could have been handled a lot better and faster. Additionally, when I was looking at gloves the initial trip to the store, I was there at the workout section searching for gloves for several minutes and also looking at the options once I found them for another ten minutes and no one asked if I needed help. Would rather shop online than deal with the poor customer service here."

"This is a great branch of Dick's. They have amazing things for all manner of indoor and outdoor sport. They have lovely fold up rocking chairs and wildly expensive coolers and cold cups. I often wander in and admire stuff, but don't buy much. They have great brands for sale. Recommended"

"Great to have a new spring goods store. They have tons of footwear too, finally find a good pair of sandals that fit properly. Nike screwed up their sizes again.. store is a little pricey, but the selection is huge."
