"After researching many pool companies in the area and getting feedback from my co-workers, I decided to contact JT Custom Pools. We started this journey in April 2022. After waiting patiently, we were finally contacted in June 2022. Our pool Rep was Jim. He was very courteous and professional. He was extremely helpful through every step in the process of putting together our dream oasis. I was really impressed with the computer graphic rendition showing what the new addition will look like on your property. We were blessed to have the project start just a little delayed due to the Hurricane. Construction began in the beginning of October 2022 and we finally had everything complete(swimmable) a couple days ago . Every crew that showed up for jobs did what they were supposed to and did an awesome job. Jim was always on top of the schedule and if I needed answers, he would respond and handle. If there were any issues , Jim would go above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. Through all of the stress of getting our yard back together was quite a task, but having JTPools handle was very satisfying. Everyone I have contacted at the office has been friendly and responsive for any requests. I would also like to mention Matt, our startup Pool guy was also amazing. He has been very helpful in understanding the pool and pump system. All I can say is that if you are looking for a pool install, I completely recommend JT Custom Pools. Thank you !"
