Walmart Supercenter

"Older blonde lady at customer service was extremely rude. Stated I had to walk here...6 inches away from where I was at counter...for exchange. Returned one of three items and as I walked away, realized I want credited for one. I showed her and she stated..excuse me for making a mistake.but not in a apologetic manner. Initially told me to go back to Englewood where items were purchased..I said that's not possible. There was no reason I couldn't return There and she was annoyed."

"I would enjoy Walmart more if I got paid for my work. I shop myself I ring up myself I bag myself and the scanners always screw up so I wait for an associate for 10 minutes so I can finish my order of course this can be said for all Walmarts. I will agree that at the store in question the majority of associates are very nice and helpful. But Walmart should send coupons to their customers and maybe some discounts since they save so much on employees"

"Do not stop by here to swap out your 5 gallon water jugs!!! We go through a lot of water at home between the family and all the animals. No matter what day of the week I come to try and swap out my empty jugs they are usually out or never got a delivery!! What a waste of gas!!! This week I stopped by both Weds and Sat afternoon and they are full of empty containers...never fails!!"

"If you order anything on-line go to Kings highway don't send it here. First I was told order was not delivered even tho the online operator told me it was. Then I was never informed it arrived I had to call again and still told it hadn't arrived and after explaining it shows that it had arrived and hour or so later I get a call it was out in a corner not where it was suppose to be. Then I make appointment arrive and still told nope not here. After several minutes and explaining I was told order was in a corner they come back yes we have them and it was all because I ordered on-line is why I had the problem. NO I had a problem because item was improperly checked in out in a corner and because obviously the store doesn't care about customers. If there's anyway to give minus stars on review I would be doing that. -5 star review. Worst experience ever at a Walmart."
