"So very upset that I have to post the worst experience ever from the flooring department at the PC store. Mike, our salesman ordered flooring for us, we paid, and were told it would be available in 2 days. Immediately got a call telling us it would be by Sunday, which was 4 days! This was no problem since my husband was going to be out of town for the week. We never heard from anyone to let us know our floor was ready for pickup. On Wednesday, after our floor was supposed to be available, we get another call asking if we were gonna pick up our order!!!! We never received a call to let us know it was in. My husband gets back in town the following Sunday and we go to pick up our order only to be told they don’t have it!!! Keep in mind, my husband took 2 days off to put down our new floor. So, long story short, they didn’t do anything to make up for this mistake and allowed us to walk away and get our money back. No care whatsoever for customer service!! Sometimes sorry is not enough!!!!"

"They had helpful; Cheerful people. Spent over $400 including locked up tools. When getting the Ryobi battery package I was interested in. He said "come here! I think this one's better!" And We walked down center 50ft and in the display was a good deal on the bigger ones I want! Saved $80! Thanks guys."

"Ordered new window blinds and had our old ones removed and new ones installed. It was great! Best system they have for measuring, ordering and installation all in a very timely manner. Even when I got a quote, I asked if they had a similar blind in a cheaper brand, and they did Venetta which saved money, but still got great quality blinds without the brand name of Bali."

"This is not a review of the store itself. This is my local Home Depot that I've been shopping at for a long time and I'll continue to do so. This is directed at the car show that was in the parking lot on Saturday 10/7/23 during the middle of the day. This store is very busy all the time, especially on weekends. It's hard to find a parking space on Saturdays on a normal day. This car show closed off one third of the parking lot during the middle of the day on Saturday. Totally in the way of the shoppers. Whoever thought this was a good location and good time of day for a car show is an idiot and should be fired. I have nothing against car shows, but this was not the time and place for it. I can think of 100 better places for it."

"This has always been my local Home Depot, I’ve been coming here since I was a teen. It’s always clean, it’s easy to find what you’re looking for, the associates are always helpful and attentive. Tool rental is smooth and easy. I’ve even rented/ returned Penske trucks here at tool rental as well. The pick-up area makes things easy to load your vehicle. The garden area is clean and well payed out. Overall, it’s a model store."
