"Ordered washer and dryer. Waited 3 weeks for delivery. They were delivered to wrong address. Lowe's reordered appliances. Waited another 3 weeks for scheduled delivery. Lowe's deferred delivery for an additional 3 weeks. Appliances were delivered but didn't work. Lowe's picked up appliances and claimed they could not reorder as appliances were no longer available from manufacturer. However, the appliances were available from Home Depot, Best Buy, Bill Smith, and Jessup's Appliance. Then, Lowe's delayed refunding my money because it was over 30 days. It was over 30 days because of Lowes. Wasted over 2 months with Lowes. Store manager stayed in "Employees Only Room" and would not speak to me. Had to deal with a different sales person everytime. The bottom line is that Lowes does not care about you or your business. You can never speak with anyone in person or on the phone who has any authority to make things right. Shop elsewhere if you are making big purchases!"

"Adolfo in the paint department is such a sweet and caring man. I had went to multiple places trying to find dark paint for a 6400sqft business and everyone was so rude to me, we went to Lowe’s and He was the sweetest guy and talked us through all the color options and finishes."
"Ordered cabinets for delivery and some random guy shows up at my house with my cabinets and plywood in a pickup truck, not a Lowe's truck. I would have been cool with that but it was raining and nothing was covered! So when I call Lowe's I got passed to 3 different associates and then left on hold."
"I had a special order sent to this store. The people were very helpful retrieving the item and helping us load our truck as it was very large. The box it was shipped in was in rough shape but not from the store. The item was protected within and we had all the assurances that if we discovered issues they would accept it back for return or reorder. Great service and a nice clan store."
