"Sucks be careful because when you join sams club they renew your membership automatically and even if you cancel they still charge you the membership fee and you will have a real problem getting your money back Good luck to anyone who is having a problem with their membership. Good ridden to sams club you must really need peoples money."

"This Sam's is obviously not managed well. Pallet lifts are often found on the floor in the way of isles. Most often the line to exit is past the cafe and into the vitamins just like it was today with one person at the door. Asked a self check employee to call someone she said they did awhile ago, I told her to call again or we are walking out without having our order double checked, she said sorry and didn't call. If you can't get your system flowing for customer satisfaction and ease then we are going to have to just walk out around the line and/or cancel membership."

"Very much pregnant the last few months I’ve asked the associates to retrieve water and Gatorade for me because I’m on able to lift never had a problem until Friday, and associate by the name of Karen told me that is not in their job description to help the customer I explain to her that I’ve never had to go through this before well get a flatbed and load it up if you want water and Gatorade do it yourself someone else that has worked there longer had to intervene Greg I believe if I’m wrong please forgive me he asked an associate to get it for me however at check out no one help me take it to my car someone…. very disappointing"

"We ship a lot to the Caribbean. This is a one stop shop for everything. It’s not only the grocery, but the clothing, medication, laundry detergent, snacks, batteries, and even small appliances. I love the customer service here and there are a lot of self checkouts. The weekends are crowded. So we tend to go in the afternoons and we gas had there as well."

"Excellent bulk prices, great product and helpful service. Also terrific savings on gas for your auto. Seems like weekly additions of new products. Don't like the need for self checkout, but I guess it saves money. Halloween decorations are in. Also Christmas decorations."
