"I went to pick up some friends who were at the hotel and as I was waiting I had to use the restroom and I was not allowed under the “explanation/ excuse” that is was out of order. I had a long wait as they were getting ready and it was not proper to interfere their process and room with suck a need. This is the topical excuse that employees give not to have to clean the bathrooms afterwards. Hasn’t everyone been in this situation and sort of need? Lack of empathy in such a place is not acceptable. The person who said no with a very impolite attitude said he was instructed by his manager to prevent the visitors of the hotel guess to use the restroom downstairs, he bragged about it and said his name was Steve. This happened the evening of Dec. 29th, 2023."
"My boyfriend and I LOVED our time at LaFlora! The Queen room was perfect and had so much space for the both of us. Everything was so clean and within walking distance to the beach (literally 3 minutes). The cleaners were LOVELY and we had such an easy stay. Moreover, the in-room amenities (coffee machine, fridge and freezer, free high-speed Wi-Fi and the Smart TV) took us completely beyond our expectations. It’s honestly such a steal for the price and we will definitely be staying here the next time we come to Miami Beach!"
"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the La Flora! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area, pounces to an amazing restaurant right next door, and helped with any of our request. The room was clean and quaint. We enjoyed the boutique feel. We were central to everything Miami Beach had to offer. We will definitely be staying at the La Flora on our next trip to Miami! The only negative was that the website said they had valet parking, but did not. No worries, the public parking was 300 feet away and was $20 a day."
