Hotel Croydon

"We stayed at this hotel before our cruise and it was amazing! We arrived at the hotel very early and to my surprise we were able to check in at 11am with no extra charge! The front desk agent, Meurian, was so nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and outdoor patio had an amazing view of South Beach. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at The Tavern/ hotel restaurant and the food was delicious! The beach was just a walk across the street. I will for sure stay here again and recommend it to family & friends!"

"Great place! Great people! A few days ago was my wife's birthday and I happened to put that in the notes when we booked a standard queen room. Upon checking in, we were absolutely blown away that they changed our room to the Penthouse! So very nice of them. Also, between 5-6pm, there are unlimited complimentary well drinks at the bar for hotel guests! Absolutely loved this place, location and staff."

"Discovered a hidden gem amidst upscale high-rise hotels – Hotel Croydon exceeded expectations for my birthday celebration! The staff's warmth and assistance were outstanding. Surprisingly, they delighted me with a champagne bottle and a heartfelt birthday note, creating a memorable moment. Our top-floor retro-chic room offered a stunning dual-view of the ocean. The rooftop showcased a 360-degree panorama featuring the ocean, canal, and downtown Miami skyline. The outdoor gym, with ocean views from the cycling machine, was truly motivating. The highlight: a complimentary, genuine happy hour from 5pm-6pm with quality drinks. No gimmicks, just a fantastic experience!"

"So I recently stayed at this hotel & let me tell you what a wonderful all around experience it was. Both the folks at the bar & the front lobby were extremely friendly & helpful. Gabriela was the most kind & pleasant person that I met this whole trip. I observed her with other guests, it was all smiles & great service! The room was very clean & the bed cozy.The pool & roof top was also very well put together & the location of the hotel is excellent. I definitely recommend this place & plan on staying again soon! ~Stephen"

"Great hotel. I really enjoyed this day. The staff downstairs and throughout the hotel are extremely pleasant and nice. They're polite and professional and very friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more from a staff and we literally have not run into one person on the staff that wasn't extremely friendly. The rooms are quite nice and you really don't need anything else. The beds are definitely a little too soft but some people like them that way are like a nice firm bed but I can hardly be angry at the hotel for that because some people like different things. The hotel room is big and clean and very modern looking and the smell is unbelievable. The smell of the hotel room and the hallways and the entire hotel is extremely crisp and clean smelling. I don't know what they do but the place smells so refreshing both inside your room and in the hallways. We paid about $200 a night which is pretty good for a place as nice as this. This place has a great rooftop patio and a swimming pool as well on the roof and has a pretty cool restaurant and patio as well. I would definitely recommend this place and certainly for $200 a night and below is a great deal."
