"Really more of a 4.5 star than a 5, but solid enough of a hotel. Service was excellent at all times. Location was good, an easy drive to the airport as well as the downtown area. Room was basic but clean and reasonably comfortable."

"Location was great. The night service in the bar restaurant was horrible . 1 staff member for about 100 people, couldn’t get an order in and god forbid you asked the bartender for a drink he would literally look at you like you asked for a unicorn. A women came to “help” maybe the manager and was also super rude . They don’t clean the bar off when someone leaves so it’s all sticky. Fruit flies are swarming and one landed in a drink. As we were leaving the downstairs bathroom had a cockroach in the stall. One super friendly front desk women named Camille the others seemed annoyed or like they didn’t know what was happening. Super disappointed in this stay"

"CLEANLINESS & PRESENTATION — checked into my room and immediately smelled mildew/mold so I went on the hunt. The bed was not neatly made and couch pillows had visible body fluid stains and make up on them. Entertainment center was broken, literally falling off the hinges. Absolutely no space in the bathroom to comfortably get dressed. I will say the staff was kind and welcoming at check in and 15m later at check out. Waiting on the manager to refund my pre-paid stay!"

"Breakfast was at, best average. During the day there is no coffee or food available. The rooms were dated and cheaply furnished. Overall a disappointing experience. Only stayed here as the President and VP were in town and there was little else available in Hilton products."

"I am currently staying at the Doubletree since 12/1/23 for a Tony Robbins event and I couldn’t be more dissatisfied. My room hasn’t been cleaned once since I arrived and it is now day 12/04/23 . I asked the front desk yesterday and today ( which I think was very tolerant of me to even wait that long ) if they could clean the room. The front desk person said she didn’t know because she had no access to their room schedule and basically that was it . Did not go to ask or call manager or cleaning crew .. just basically said it’s out of her hands. So on the way back up to my room , I encountered a person from housekeeping and asked if I was on the schedule for having my room cleaned. She did not understand a word I was saying so then I went into my limited knowledge of Spanish and asked if she could clean my room 204 today .. she nodded and should me the list of rooms that she had on her schedule and 204 was not on it . So I tried to ask her in Spanish if she could clean it because it has been 4 days since it had been cleaned .. she seemed to understand , but I arrived at 3:30 am from TR event and AGAIN no cleaning .. at $182 a night I think is horrible .. oh wait .. and I didn’t add the little mites running around the coffee machine … I never leave reviews , but after spending $1600 for the week and basically not even one room cleaning ?????? I’m a Hilton Honors member and I’ve never experienced this before .. o do have to say the shuttle service is great .. especially Connie"
