"Updated from my last review... the place is even better now that it's an apartment complex and not a hotel anymore. It's even cleaner and the staff is still great. I only have 2 issues... 1 is the light in the living room area is not bright enough to illuminate the whole room so I need to by a lamp for my bed area and 2 I can't cook bacon or pretty much anything with out the fire detector going off because it's too close to my kitchen and there isn't any proper ventilation to let he smoke out and leaving windows open don't help either and leaving my door open exposes my room and my belongings. Other than that I'm good here"

"This place is a hidden jewel. If i were them I would continue the standards they have. This place is a very very clean respectable quiet nice place to transition. My apartment was sold and we had to move ASAP and this was a nice place. Please don't let people come and tear it up. Ginnny and Raquel rocks!!!!! The whole staff seem to be nice and professional. Even down tobthe maintenance staff They are down to earth people. Make you feel like you're at home. Thank you crew."

"I have been here a month so far and it has been wonderful. I moved here from up North and checked in a day after check-in and there was no late check-in fee. Raquel who works at the front desk has been amazing in helping us transition. The room looks exactly as advertised. It is quiet and people generally mind their business around here. It's very family oriented and my kids love to go to the front desk for candy. I really don't have anything bad to say."

"I actually really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for 8 days and the accommodation was above par. I felt like I was at home. The suites are like real apartments and the premises are well kept. Orange blossom trail is not always the best part of town but we had no issues with the other occupants. A nice community for long or short stay. Raquel and Genet were very helpful and went above and beyond expectations! I was impressed with their customer service and they made me feel very satisfied with my service! Kudos for all you two ladies did to help me and my family while we transitioned to our new home. I appreciated the work ethic of these wonderful women! TY for all you did since Raquel went way beyond any expectation period! I hope you ladies are recognized for the care you put into the work you do! You make a difference!"

"I usually don't write reviews but this hotel went above and beyond the standard protocol. When I first checked in the front desk staff were very welcoming and professional. They answered every question that I had and assured me that I was in good hands. I then proceeded into my room (1bedroom), I was amazed on how clean and organized it was. I had a full kitchen, tv, a working area with a desk and a clean bathroom. It was very spacious and comfy. I only stayed for a couple days due to a business trip but I will definitely recommend it to all my co workers and friends who come to Orlando!"
