"The doors to the building did not lock. The room had a strong smell. The carpet in the room was in bad condition. The mattress was in bad condition with lumps. There were roaches in the room. Do not recommend."

"My parents were out on a trip they had a room booked at a Hilton and when arrived they said sorry all booked up & refused to help them. It is holiday weekend so they drove around looking for rooms to find all booked or wanting 600 plus a night. They were gonna just drive 8 hours home at 8pm. We looked up hotels and called and got Ashley told her what happened and she held room for my parents. Highly recommend and appreciate Ashley so much."

"The hotel was cute. It was like a single person's apartment it was really nice, but there was nowhere to walk to. If you did not have a car, everything was like 20 minutes away by walking. We did walk around we went to the store we walked to a little complex and got some food it was cute it was nice"

"If putting amenities to draw you here but once you get here it's hell, then this hotel achieved it's purpose. Where to start? Apparently room service is a luxury. This hotel offers a "refresh" every two days with a full service every seven days. We were there five days and received a refresh once. The second refresh was inadvertently skipped and all we were offered was apologies... We had five people in our suite with one little bin. Our garbage was overflowing by the last day because we did not get the refresh. We thankfully got clean towels after using the same ones after two days. However or bath gel finished. I was offered conditioner or dish soap with which to bathe on our last day because the desk clerk did not have any bath gel. There's a kitchenette missing vital supplies such as cups and utensils. The dishwasher was dirty. Let's talk breakfast. On the first day we had to make our own waffles using the mix they provided. There's a very limited selection. It's better they said no or limited breakfast. The so called heated pool was closed until further notice for our entire stay which was an extreme disappointment given that we chose a hotel with a pool for our little one. Laundry service was also down although they said they could "do something for us" if we desired. There was dirty or stained linen on the beds. One roll of toilet paper per day for five people. All in all we felt duped. It's not so much that the hotel did not have certain things, it's how it was advertised. The hotel was only slightly less than other hotels that we have stayed in that were pretty good, but the service here was so poor it was stunning. I would not recommend this to anyone. Really very bad stay and would never return."

"Staff service is exceptional! Minutes to the Dolphin Mall, but the rooms are dated but spacious & clean. Comfy beds, all the amenities of a suite, and quiet. Will stay here again for an extended stay, good quality for the price!"
