The Elser Hotel - Miami

"This hotel is amazing. Stayed in a one bedroom suite facing the bay. Really nice views and great amenities. The valet service was quick and friendly. The sofa was a bit weird and not very comfortable and the TVs didn’t work but everything else was great."

"Hotel well situated for downtown near the basketball arena, and good views towards the bay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, all issues resolved quickly. Rooms were a good size and clean with full size fridge/freezer, stove and microwave with utensils provided. Not one for light sleepers though - a lot of appliances in the room meant it was loud and very light during the night, and the many dogs in the building also made their presence heard."

"I arrived to the Elser Hotel for a business trip. My first encounter was with Valet and the dropping off process was smooth and professional. The valet team member Dylan (who received my car) was informative and customer service was top tier regarding the process for valet. "Me and my 6yo son stayed at the Elser for one night prior to my son's surgery. WOW! What an amazing experience, from valet to checking out at 5:30am. You can tell each and every person that works there truly cares about your experience. The room and view were immaculate. Fernando was so welcoming in the lobby; he took the time to make sure my son was happy and comfortable. My son really enjoyed the fresh strawberry lemonade in the lobby, so Fernando personally delivered a batch to our room. I can't say enough about the level of service we received. I highly recommend The Elser to anyone for any occasion."

"I recently checked out from the hotel, and the only word to describe my experience is 'above and beyond.' I can't even bring up one bad thing about this place. Now, let's talk about the good things. Firstly, the location was prime; it was a 20-minute drive to any major destinations like the design district or Miami Beach. Also, there are tons of good restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. Secondly, the room was spacious and clean. Additionally, housekeeping is abundant around the clock and would be more than happy to assist you. Lastly, the most impressive feature of this hotel to me is that every staff member is the best person I have ever met since arriving here in the States. I have been to over 8 hotels, and none of them can compare to this place. The Elser deserves a tier of its own. The staff here always gives out positive energy towards their guests and is more than willing to help you with any of your requests. In conclusion, The Elser is one of the best places I have stayed, and it would be one of my favorite places to revisit and cherish in my memories."
