"Rooms were fine, parking was adequate, but service was absolutely abysmal. As a hotel, if you’re going to insist on having your little “restaurant” instead of serving breakfast like other hotels, one would expect said hotel to make sure that restaurant is adequately staffed. Well within dinner hours, my husband and I waited more than an hour for our food, and the attendant was rude. We also waited for almost 30 minutes just to check in. Again, only one attendant and she was rather rude and non-helpful. After all that waiting, our room was only fine - towel hook actively falling off the wall, light switches coming off of their mooring. The BEST part though was that the TV was 100% parallel to the bed. It was fully impossible to watch the TV from bed. Hotel rooms are a pretty simple formula - bed+TV. It was an unnecessary, inconvenient design choice."

"Food at the bistro was good, but it was chronically understaffed. Rooms were laid out very strangely with the TV not really visible from the bed. Sheets and bed were sort of low quality. Somehow always a line for check-in & check-out."

"Price listed online was $132. Called to make a reservation and was told that even as a BonVoy member the lowest rate they could give me was $208. I asked what the $132 rate was for and did not receive an answer. Stayed one night. Room was clean. There is no microwave. The refrigerator will only stay on for two hours at a time if you press a button. Good luck keeping anything cold overnight. I like to sleep with the constant fan on the AC turned on for the white noise. This feature was disabled on the room AC which meant that the AC was cycling on and off all night. First, you would be hot and have to kick the covers off. Then you would get cold and pull them back up. Since the AC was cycling off that meant that you also heard anybody in the hallway. Did not sleep well here at all. Also, unlike every other Marriott I’ve been at, there is no free continental breakfast. They have a “bistro” where you order and pay for breakfast. This was not made clear at check-in. Overall, I would not recommend this location and will not be returning."

"The hotel was nice and clean and room was OK for the price, but the person at the front desk was not very nice, he didn’t greet me in a polite manner when I approached him to ask him if I had breakfast included, he was very serious, It seemed to me that he didn’t want to be bothered. I didn’t get his name, but he was working yesterday 12-31-23 at 9 am. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and I have breakfast included and they didn’t explain anything to you when you check in. The people at the Bistro cafe were very nice and friendly. The people at the front desk need to be more friendly because they are the first people a guest is in contact with when you arrive at the hotel."

"At the lobby you're welcome with a modern and clean design. You made believe you're in a brand new hotel. That was my impression also during booking. And that is true for the lobby, but the rooms upgrade, at least the room I stayed in. Didn't receive the same upgrade. While it was very clean and well equipped it lacked the same sfeer as the lobby. The contrast made it look like it was left behind. Also the information provided during booking was not 100% reliable. The included breakfast was reduced to a voucher you could use by the present bistro and limited to one drink and one choice of meal. Any extras needed payment. The bistro was actually a nice touch, but it should have been made clear that breakfast was not an open buffet like other Marriott locations during booking as i would make other choices. Lastly the location was a little outside of everywhere. The price was indeed lower than other options, but i did not expect to be in the middle of an industrial area. As simple tourists we were surprised by this. Further we sleep wonderful in this hotel. And would recommend for anyone looking for a good bargain. Just do not include breakfast and give yourself the freedom to choose your own drinks and meals."
