"This is the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I have stayed at Baymonts before with no issue, but may never again. When I checked in the front desk personnel was awesome and it went straight downhill from there. A very strong and sickening cover smell overwhelmed me but I continued to grab my family and head to the room. Outdated rusted decor adorned the inside and outside of the room. We decided to grab our swim suits and head to the pool. Only to find out the hot tub was closed by the county and the pool was green. Went grab dinner and come back to nothing but an undersized tv that had no working remote. After running to my car and getting intoxicated with the smell of marajuana inside and out, I went to the desk to get new batteries. Later in the evening cigarette smoke began leaching into our room. The front desk attendant was extremely nice and came up to check it out. After she smelled the smoke, she attempted to fix the issue by talking to the people in the next room. So wish I would have paid closer attention to the reviews"

"SAVE YOUR MONEY/POINTS. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! The room I was assigned was a dump! Absolutely no one should be given a room as deplorable as the condition 427 is! The safety door catch was partially removed, so the door could be opened. The room door had a see-through crack where it latches, mold in shower, snaught on the wall, blood on the sink, a cracked shower, chipped painting, sheets worn, snagged and peeling. Oh, and don't forget the ripped curtains! I did not feel safe. I slept in my clothes with my purse beside me. I was going to ask for another room until I looked down the hall, and all the rooms had the safety latch removed off the door itself! Due to the poor quality of the room, I didn't dare try the food! I did not sleep well. The pillows are small and the walls are thin so you can hear all the noise outside the room. I truly don't want to hear the conversation from next door. I was too tired to leave and get another hotel. Better believe I waited for the morning to rise so I could checkout and take myself to a resort! Looks are deceiving. My room did not look like the pictures on the website. There was no bed scarf, and the linens were dingy and worn. The shower needs an overhaul. The shower head appeared to be an original and leaked. Please save yourself some peace of mind and choose a different hotel. This hotel is sketchy. I asked for only one key. However, the desk attendant made 2 keys and kept one! Be certain to look at the pictures to see the negative star depreciated hotel room you'll be offered."

"DO NOT stay here! Bugs everywhere, stained walls and bed spread, and also window in the room they tried to give us wouldn’t fully close or lock but the front desk said it was safe even though you could open almost a foot. Clearly the management and the staff at the front desk only care about lining their pockets not the safety or experience of the guest."

"DON'T STAY HERE. Run... 1. We had booked king size. We got 2 queens and we were told they had overbooked. BULL. Then they said it was an upgrade...what a laugh. 2. Pulled bed sheets down and found someone else's socks.. I stepped out of the room and 3 housekeeping employees were standing there. All I kept hearing she wasn't there yesterday, so it wasn't her problem. They did finally come in and look. She took pictures, big deal. Management should have been called up immediately. 2. Refrigerator, wasn't plugged in, so my husband handed the cord to me to pull it over to plug it in. There was so much dust and so nasty. Plug it in and doesn't work. Housekeeping said it wasn't her department. 3. The toilet seat was broken. 4. The doors going into the rooms looked like skateboard people were riding on them. It was not nice at all. 5. Hole in the wood floors. 6. No end tables only 1 side. 7. The table lamp between the 2 queens was so rusty and nasty. You couldn't even sell those things at a garage sale. 8. The shower had mold. 9. Bed skirts looked like it was a sheet, so butt ugly. 10. The front desk..looked very unprofessional.. a wrinkled dress shirt, The manager had no empathy at all for our situation. 11. The garbage containers out back were very nasty. 12. The luggage rack mover was falling apart. It was also rusty. 13. The landscaping lights should be taken out, very dangerous. 14. The whole surrounding area doesn't look safe. It looks like a lot of people partying out in the parking lot. Beer cans, and liquor bottles broken."

"This place is DISGUSTING. Do not stay here. I will let the photos speak for themselves. Mold. Dust. Filth. The main door wouldn’t close to the room (see photo of “closed door” in the photos section) and the shower head wouldn’t stay up which you can see a video of. This place is an absolute dump and unsafe. Stay far away from this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE."
