"I had not stayed in a Drury Hotel previously. The location was picked by the company I was visiting in Fort Myers. From the airport pick-up through the airport drop-off, this was a wonderful stay. Calling the hotel late at night after arriving late due to airline delays, the friendly phone greeting was followed by a prompt and equally friendly driver. Turns out the driver was actually one of the managers who was happy to take extra steps to make the Guest happy. Our conversation led to my understanding the Drury company takes good care of its employees who all seemed very happy. That's a refreshing thing to hear. The room was as expected, a hotel room. Nothing really special, but clean and comfortable. Check out was smooth and the ride back to the airport days later was on time and easy. When in the Fort Myers area, I will definitely consider this hotel again."

"The customer service is amazing. The hotel is massive, neat and quiet. The shuttle is prompt and there are gym/pools to sooth your stay. What stands out is the generosity in serving complimentary evening snacks and breakfast. Looking to save some money..... way to go. Highly recommended."

"Rooms were clean and they gave you the choice of declining room service. The rooms have refrigerators which is a plus for me. Their service is above. All employees smile and greet you when they see you. The popcorn in the lobby mid afternoon smells so good and welcoming. They provide breakfast and lunch with is a wonderful bonus allowing you not to have to leave. There are at least two restaurants within walking distance of the hotel for lunch. A great place to have an event because everything is right there. I always enjoy my stay there."
