"I have to say that Shia made what was a difficult visit more pleasant. She was so nice and gracious to us during our stay. Her customer focused personality ensured that if I have to come back to Orlando, I will definitely stay at this Red Roof Inn. The room was spacious and clean. All the staff were excellent. I highly recommend staying here. Ask for Shia - she is the best."

"For a two star hotel that allows pets at 409 a night after tax what else do u expect? Ac works ice code fridge is code you have a microwave . Me and my son were evicted and this is the best bargain and NO BUGS!!! Most places we checked in had roaches and red roof never fails with better standards not the cleanest rooms but I’m satisfied and btw the hotel staff were very accommodating even when the first rooms ac wasn’t cold enough we were changed and she was super friendly,"

"Rooms: Clean and everything worked. Nothing special, but included a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Service: Extra thanks to Gia at check-in! When I mentioned having my dog along, she offered a room near the hotel's fenced dog park and walk which was really convenient. Location: Easy to get on and off the Turnpike and 528, so about 15-30 minutes from Disney, Universal, the Airport and downtown. Across the street from the largest mall in Florida."

"We checked in as a group needing 5 rooms. To start off, no one was there to check us in at 3:30. We rang the bell, knocked on the 24-hour window, and finally had to call for assistance to get checked in. The hotel needs a serious update, or TV was fuzzy and then clear, then fuzzy, which was irritating. I took a shower and got ready for my meeting, and when I went to put my shoes on, I had to wash my feet again they were so dirty as if they did not clean the wood floors. The walls are paper thin, and one of the other rooms had roaches. The beds make noise with your every move. I advise staying elsewhere."

"Service at the front desk was really bad. The lady was having a personal conversation the whole time WHEN i was check-in, and indicating me with her finger the front restaurant when I asked for places near where to eat. Room was durty and bad smells. Bed was with bed smell. TV didn't work and I reported the remote control on the front desk and the lady returned to me and issue still on going. I only stayed the first night of 3 days, I chose to cancel my stay and go somewhere else. Pictures in the website were very different than reality. I'll NEVER considered again Red Roof as my next stay."
