Extended Stay America - Orlando - Lake Buena Vista

"Very disappointed in this hotel. It's in a good location for Disney but that is the only good thing. The first thing is they are supposed to be a Holiday Inn hotel but there is no mention of it on signs. Then they wanted $100 when I checked in as a deposit when I checked in rather than just putting a credit card on file. I hope they refund it sooner rather than later. Then the room is small for being an extended stay place. The beds are super firm, which is ok if you like that but I don't, the walls are paper thin so we heard our neighbors and their kids up until past 2am both nights we were there. The shower handle that twists to set the temp came off in both my hand and my husband's. We were able to put it back on, but still....and I had to take a cold shower one morning. The free breakfast they say they offer online is really just a "grab and go" breakfast that they don't restock so when we stopped by at 8 there was nothing left (it's from 6-930). The kitchen area was so sketchy looking that you couldn't of payed me to use it especially when there was a note saying to open the window when cooking. I would have brought some of these concerns up with the front desk but the person working there was hard to understand and I just didn't want to deal with it. We were only there 2 nights. I will not be back."

"Loved our stay here!!all staff were fantastic!nothing was too much for them. Has changed its breakfast options since last visit and stopped park shuttles which is ashame but did take away from our stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future!x"

"There was little guidance on how the hotel ran. The bedding had hair from a previous guest, felt dirty to the feel. Dishes and cups were not provided even though the room specified a full kitchen. You get what you pay for."

"Ruth was very horrible to us trying to check in. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Be prepared that you will need ID of everyone in your party, email for everyone…craziness…waiting on blood sample, vaccination status, stool sample and genital check so that we can get to our prepaid room. The room is pretty clean but smells. I’m sure we’ll have to fight for our deposit for an Unknown and undisclosed reason next. Go elsewhere!!"

"This is the worst motel I ever stayed in. My children complained it smelled like old take out and moldy. This Extended Stay is shameful. This location was expensive per night close to $200 at time of my stay, but the “continental” breakfast had nothing, even cups before 9am. They also had no utensils and dishes even when asked because it apparently goes fast. Therefore bring your own or buy them. You can’t open the bathroom door fully since it hits the tub, the closet door is missing with evidence of the closet track still in view. The room smelled musky. You can literally hear every conversation passing by in the hall. I gave this stay a try and I will never return! I also find it incredibly shameful the front office has a sign asking for a 5 Star rating on google."
