"This is a great hotel for anyone! I would recommend this to all. We stayed here this past weekend for a travel sport trip and were 100% satisfied. I’ve stayed at the residence inn only one other time (we stayed over by SeaWorld last time) but this one beats all the other hotels (obviously other than the Gaylord Palms and Ritz-Carlton). The pool was nice and wasn’t crowded at all. The breakfast was really good although it did get crowded towards 8:00 am. It is right across from the Vineland outlet mall and there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay if you’re on vacation or even on a work trip! We will definitely be coming back here next time we stay in Orlando."

"This property offers a good breakfast and is close to Disney parks. It is showing its age. Spa was not hot during our stay. Or TV also was temperamental and froze a lot. Still a good bargain in the area but it could use a renovation."

"First all, I very much appreciate the front desk manager for helping me to extend my check out date. However, to prevent this worst case happen to any other customers, I’m sincerely remind the hotel to watch out and sanitize the environment and maintenance the sanitation facilities as good condition. During check in timeframe, we found cockroaches and dirty water with unknown disgusting things in bathtub two times. This situation shocked my family and I, hope the hotel could improve their sanitary equipment and environment."

"Parking was a bit expensive at $28, but our night price made up for that and normal to pay for parking in this area. We had a very nice and clean room with good beds. Got a free upgrade, and were allowed to checkout a hour later. Breakfast was good with some warm options. And the heated pool and whirlpool were a great addition."

"Had an amazing stay here! Staff are so good and friendly! Customer service is top notch! Anything we asked we got! (Extra tea when someone felt ill, more toilet paper or even extra towels!) room were clean however there was little spiders/insects crawling all over the night stand first night but once I removed them they stopped appearing (it is normal because of the climate). House keeping is only done upon request (although in room says it’ll be done on day three to ensure house keeping is being up to par- that did not happen). I wished we were provided with one time use bathroom amenities like soap but fine either way. Pool is great and having complimentary breakfast no matter your party is such a plus! (Not much variety but has your basics to get your day started!) location is great if your trip is solely based on the parks as it’s near by (far from downtown therefore not great for concerts) and by having the hotel offer a shuttle service to Disney is a plus. Hotel is across the highway (10-20min walk) from nearest stores and food! A bit pricey for 6 day stay but overall would most definitely stay here again!"
