"Stayed for a few night, Bunch of noisy teenagers running around and being loud at 1am but other than that no complaints!! Great rooms, Great food. Definitely coming back but hopefully next time we won't have to deal with thousands of teenagers running around with lack of supervision.. Would be a 5 star review if it wasn't for all those kids."

"This resort offers spacious and luxurious accommodations, especially charming during Christmas with cozy decorations. There are dining areas and a pub within the resort premises. While the reception is enthusiastic in guiding guests through the available services, not everyone is equally friendly. The shuttle service from the gate and around the hotel is convenient."

"Very nice rooms. The convention center was fine, even with broken furniture. The staff during meals seemed to be in a hurry to move food off the line and take your plates before you were done eating. The other restaurants in the facility were pretty good. I had the burger place and the taco place. Guacamole at the table was very tasty! Facility was pretty close to airport."

"Incredible place to visit for long stays or even a weekend away. The staff all made it a very memorable stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The “quiet pool” was very nice without a lot of loud kids. Especially being around the parks in Orlando. The restaurants were very high quality and excellent food. We had Mexican and Italian. Both restaurants will be added to our go tos moving forward for Orlando."

"Hotel lobby is beautiful, and amenities are awesome. Heated pools and towel service were fantastic. Restrooms in common areas were always clean. Staff here are incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly (with the exception of the girl serving ice cream in the market - not friendly at all, seemed miserable to be working every time we saw her). Concierge, house keeping and room service were awesome. The only drawback were the dated rooms, which were still very clean, just in need of an upgrade. We requested the room to be cleaned daily, and they didn't disappoint - it was always cleaned well. Water in the shower was always hot. Restaurant prices were expensive, so we always ate out. We found the market to be convenient, especially the use of the microwave. No issues with parking as others have mentioned, it was included in our package. Overall, excellent stay and would definitely book again."
