"Me and my wife stayed here only one night for a concert in city walk, so we didn't get to fully experience it all but this is one the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at. The entire vibe is just so relaxing, and we loved walking around the property taking in the amazing scenery. The pool is huge, so nice if you have kids with you. Taking the boat from the hotel right to city walk was pretty cool. This place checks all the boxes, it's clean, comfortable, luxurious, and all that. Our room was spotless so great job to the cleaning staff for that. Great for couples, families, solo trips, whatever. I love all the universal hotels but this one was special and we can't wait to come back and stay longer. 1000% recommend you stay here."

"Location was fabulous! We were in the parks for 4 days and the ferry's were great and it was in walking distance as well. Hotel was clean and lots of options for amenities. The food and coffee at the Dutch Trading Co was awesome and very handy! Room was clean and overall was a great vacation!"

"Overall a great experience. Hotel was cleaned and staff attentive. They offer transportation to the theme parks. Enjoyed our taxi ferry ride to Universal. The restaurants on premises were great as well. I highly recommend. Its a beautiful hotel and worth the money. Will definitely return."

"The Sapphire Falls hotel was quite nice and felt very modern. All the staff was friendly and helpful. All the restaurants in the hotel had excellent food and drinks. I appreciated the water taxi the most as it was a quick and easy way to get from the hotel to City Walk and the parks. As for the rooms, the beds were comfortable which is hard to do these days as most hotel beds are not comfortable. My only real complaint about the rooms is that the sink area really relied on the light up mirror to provide light into this space. While it was somewhat adequate, I would prefer a pendant style light fixture instead. The one little in ceiling light was not enough either."
