"Good selection.. Attentive staff. One pet peeve is having the shoes and paper all messed up in the box... One shoe tied up or paper crumpled underneath the shoes. To me it's not a reflection of new shoes. I understand people try on shoes, but why not untie the shoe and re-wrap the paper. Give me that never worn perception, because I'm just going to ask for another box. Address that and it's 5 stars for me"

"I went to the store located in Wellington Mall today to return a pair of white shoes because they were "apparently" used. The girl who attended me, Moira (something like that) She had such a rude attitude, she meant that I had worn the shoes and returned them today, I spent almost 300 dollars in the store on Saturday. I think they should train more their employees to offer better customer service. All I wanted was to leave that store. I think I will never buy again."
