The elderly lady who helped us really needs a refresher in customer service. She told me they only had 1 ring of each style. She then refused to let me see two $100.00 or $200.00 rings at the same time. Then she literally started talking to other customers and helping them and rejecting me completely. Bad. Bad. Service. There were other employees there to help out. I am an upper class 50 yr old woman. She literally cost her employer a $1000.00 transaction. And yes, I have been a manager at a Bealls department store for several years, so I know how to treat customers in retail. She was very very rude and just not the kind of employee I would have to work for a retail chain. Very poor work etiquette. Discriminating. Poorly judgemental of good CHRISTIAN PEOPLE."

"It’s so hard to find a creative artist that can work directly from verbal instructions and bad pictures, yet I found her here at the JCP SALON. Her name is Rita and when you get in her chair you’ll be amazed to learn that she’s been doing this since the 80’s. She looks amazing and knows how to go slow enough to not scare your pants off. She knew personally what I was looking for and delivered with confidence. I’m so excited to have my signature hairstyle back. Last lady who did it butchered my whole head and it took a year for me to get up the courage to try again. Thank you Rita!
