CVS

"The manager at the pharmacy doesn’t like it if your name is unique. I went to pick up my prescription and she asked for my name. Then with an attitude said can you spell it. I spoke clearly and spelled out 4 letters. I was watching her and she wasn’t paying attention. So instead of saying I’m sorry, can you spell it again, she huffs and puffs and says spell it again. I’ve never had that much trouble with someone finding my account. I’d like to preface, before she even called me up to the counter I witnessed a woman trying to ask her where the hand sanitizer was and she made her repeat herself 4 times when the woman already said it loudly. The manager didn’t know where it was and had to ask someone else so the woman said sorry to bother, I’ll look around for it and walked off. Then I watched the manager shake her head in disgust. Like we can see you! It was obvious she took her frustration out at me, but if you don’t like your job, then work somewhere else. After having my prescriptions filled at this CVS for the past 15 years, I’m switching to a different pharmacy after today."

"I don’t shop here often because the store seems very crowded and on the dirty side and the staff haven’t been especially helpful.on my latest visit the ladies were very nice and helpful. Five+ stars to them. The store (over all) still seemed almost claustrophobic. I would go there again based solely on the two ladies who were so helpful and friendly."

"Alissa that answered the phone is rude to customers who are already frustrated with the store not filling scripts on time and the next time she decides to get rude with me she’s gonna get her feelings really hurt because this is my child’s medical care on the line.
