"Called in to refill a prescription and the lady who I spoke to was horrendous. She sounded like she hates her job and that I was annoying her by even calling when I found out there were no refills on the prescription. She just said “guess I’ll have to fax your doctor” and then just hung up on me."

"I was calling for my 87 year old Mom who lives in Highland Fairways Retirement Community by your Store at 3120 Kathleen Road Lakeland FL. She needed 1inch clear surgical tape for a dressing on my Dad’s wound. She hurt her foot and doesn’t walk well…so I called your store to see if they had this in stock. Your Precious cashier Urella (I hope that’s spelled right) helped me immensely…even though she was very busy helping customers! She was kind and treated me like I wasn’t even bothering her at all! I’m so thankful for her help! She even gave me the isle number where it’s located so I could call Mom and let her know exactly where to go. Thanks for having such a sweet helpful employee…she’s a real gem!"

"Store is clean and organized. Gray shirt employees are friendly and courteous. However on the day of my visit, a red shirt employee was deliberately republican style rude and condescending to a Trans-woman. All with a smile on his face,, and In front of other customers. Regardless of the fact she was nothing but polite and courteous to that individual. If you like public shaming, to be bullied or are the bully then this is the store for you, you'll fit right in this store. Me, ill be glad to go to CVS to print out my pictures from now on."

"I went to Walgreens to pick up money from Western Union. One kiosk didn't work so the manager sent me to the other kiosk. After a good 30 minutes and a waste of my time. I left without picking up the money, due to the kiosk not allowing me to put what state it was sent from. I asked for a manager and the young girl said she was the manager. I told her Walgreens should update and/or get new computers that work or put an out of order sign on kiosk. She said there was a sign, when she showed me the sign it said "please see an associate before using kiosk"...ummm, okaaay! I did see an associate, the manager who sent me there. I told her Walgrerns to get new computers or fix those. She had the nerve to say it's not Walgreens place to get them. Really?!?! Who's is then?? Mine?? I definitely WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS STORE! AND THE YOUNG MANAGER NEEDS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! Coming from a retail store manager, myself. I know how to treat customers! Get a different job or get a better attitude! And hey Walgreens fix your equipment!"

"i really like this store. I do all of my prescriptions here and the pharmacy is excellent. The associates in the entire store are always friendly, helpful, are always quick to greet me as I come in and the people throughout the store are always available and quick to ask if they can help in any way. Store is always clean neat, well- stocked and well organized."
