"I ordered a table and chairs from kohls online. The table came in damaged. I returned both table and chairs. Kohls used ups to return. They kept putting the weight of the table as 1 pound. It took them a month to pick up. What a mess. Recently I got a statement from kohl’s. My balance should have been zero. They charged me for the return. I called and they wouldn’t remove this charge. I told them I would not pay it. My balance was zero. I canceled the kohl’s card. I will not do business with them anymore. Beware"

"Subject: Unpleasant Experience with Cashier Drew at Lakeside Village Kohl's I had a rather disheartening encounter with a cashier named Drew at the Lakeside Village Kohl's tonight, and I feel compelled to share my experience. While I understand the concept of coupon exclusions, the way Drew handled the situation left much to be desired. Despite only one item being excluded from my coupon, she insisted the coupon was invalid for all my purchases, displaying an unwarranted level of bluntness and rudeness. Even after conceding and setting aside items I initially wanted to purchase, Drew's lack of assistance extended to directing me to customer service; when I asked which way it was, without looking up, she told me "look for the signs." The unpleasantness continued when my son (special needs and legally blind), in a separate transaction, was coerced into buying items I had set aside, only to find out later that he wasn't given the sale price on his remaining purchases. Drew, in an unusual move, waited until my son's transaction was underway, with his card in the machine, to add my set-aside items to his haul. This unexpected addition not only caught my son off guard but also resulted in him being told by Drew, when he said he didn’t want those items because they were not his, that he had to buy these items because I left them on the counter. When we got home, we realized she didn’t even give him the sale prices on his items. That had to take conscious effort for her to somehow do. Our encounters with Drew were not only frustrating but also left me questioning the professionalism and customer service standards at Kohl's. It's disheartening to witness such behavior, especially when it involves a cashier acting in a retaliatory manner towards a child. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate channels at Kohl's corporate, prompting a reevaluation of customer service practices and ensuring a more positive shopping experience for others. The store manager I spoke with at customer service gave me a small amount of Kohls Cash as an apology, but I’m so upset right now that I don’t even want to shop here again."

"I had an enjoyable experience the employees were warm and friendly the cashier that checked me out was very warm and friendly to I asked if I could give her a hug and she said yes and it just brought tears to my eyes because the pandemic left a lot of people broken even to the point they are killing each other I just thank God that he allows me to that we still have some God fearing people in the world that know if you don't put God first in your life then you can't make it in this world I shared with her that God will provide all her needs she just has to trust him because I know he continues to keep blessing me through all my trails and tribulations"

"Love Kohl's! Was looking for womens overall Jean for a chucky outfit and they were the only place with a decent price that had them. They always have a huge selection of whatever you're looking for and it'll likely be on sale. Great service. Clean store. Carts are smooth with cup holders."

"The only reason this store is not because of the store itself. It was a great store, check out was great. Store was clean and not cluttered. Aisles was easy to get through. The reason for the three stars is I earned kohls cash which I have to use within a week. I feel that I earned it, I should at least get a month to use it."
