"Slow lady in the back filling the prescriptions didnt know what day it was when I called. And is so pathetic, to damn LAZY to fill a prescription. Only when it's convenient for her lol. When she heared my prescription wasn't ready, I seen her raise her eye brows and they went back down...Then I had to wait for 20 MORE minutes, waiting, AND waisting my GAS AND TIME after I called for a refill 30 minutes prior. What was the reason in doing that to me???? Why???? And they wasn't even busy? Never again will I go to this store"

"The front counter lady at this Walgreens said and I quote is not our job to check the restrooms. Bs just because your a sales associate doesn't mean you neglect state laws. Customer safety is part of customer service allowing someone to smoke cigarettes in the bathroom is a safety risk because of the carcinogens in the cigarettes. I'm allergic to them they could kill me. I don't have to smoke them to have them harm me physically and for a staff member to say a customers concerns for clean safe restrooms isn't their job is not only bad customer service it would have gotten her fired just 5 years ago with attitude like that. Lady I worked in custodial and food and beverage at Disney every employee is told they must maintain the magic by ensuring the guest understood the rules(laws) and smoking in public buildings is illegal in Florida it's part of that thing you get (bi)weekly called a paycheck. If the lady who was working front counter cashier isn't dealt with I'll be calling the corporate office."
