"This store is a waste of space within the mall! THEY CHARGE $50 FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO TRY ON DRESSES. AND APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED! I came here in January and made an appointment to come back in February. I received a text an hour before letting me know they “forgot” to tell me they now charge $50 for each appointment. I you buy a dress that money would go towards it. This feels like such a money grab especially when dresses are already expensive."

"I will never buy a dress from here! Called about trying on dresses they said we could come in at anytime! My mom and sister flew into Florida from NY and when we got there they told us it was too late in day and that we needed an appointment! Poor service!"

"I drove 45 minutes to Lakeland in Sunday traffic. After finally finding the store inside the mall we looked around. Someone came up to me and asked if she could help. I told her what I was looking for and she said she’d be right back. When she came back she asked me when my wedding was. I told her (98 days from that date). I was told I had to make an appointment and come back later, because it was too far out for me to try on dresses that day. No one was in the store and they didn’t close for another 3 hours. I said that was not feasible for me to do. I just wanted to try the dress on and buy it. They asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I did not and don’t have time when I need the dress now. I don’t recommend this shop for wedding dresses."

"I loved the store, they were so kind and even gave me good recommendations for the event I was going to. A lot of pretty dresses, I wasn't even able to pick my favorite. Definitely I will come back."

"Loved the dress selections! I think the customer service sucks though. We were only allowed to try on three so I felt rushed to pick but my daughter wanted to buy multiple which is fine she does pageants for fun but it's inconvient to have to make multiple trips. I can see them not wanting to damage stuff so maybe charge a refundable deposit so is serious buyers can enjoy ourselves."
