"I went there last Saturday and I got a fox dress, BMO socks, elf ears, and Froggy earrings. Also a T shirt. The lady I worked with didn’t put the socks or the froggy ears in the bag I found out. I called today and the lady on the phone could physically see the transaction with all the items listed, however she still refused to help me saying I needed a receipt. What more is that going to help if you already see the transaction online? It’s going to show the same items and I’m still missing the 2 items. It’s not like this store is cheap. Maybe get some integrity."

"Halloween merchandise was mediocre!! Hot topic has changed not the same like it was before but still a cool place for cool things. Don't be a plus size person looking for any clothing either biggest size is large and there's so many shirts I've wanted but all too small."
