"Associate who checked me out was horrible. Not only was I charged in full and never got even took my items out of the store, I called them back and they could not even give me an order number. I could not even get a tracking number from FedEx. During the transaction, he literally charges me, and the associate next to him must have overheard me wanting to ship this (after I was charged), and she was like oh, i dont even think we do orders shipped from the store. It's truly ridiculous this store does not keep track of its customers. Goodbye Levis"

"Don't waste your time! If your size is popular, the store will not have your size in stock. You are better ordering online. Whoever is ordering the product should be fired. The store only has niche sizes in stock (ex. 45/31). All of the popular sizes like 32/32 are sold out. The reason I didn't rate this 1 star is because the products are top tier, the staff is friendly, and the store looks great."
