"If you’re a minority avoid this store. The saleswomen on Saturday 16, July 2022 offered no greeting or assistance. Their distain was palpable. NEWSFLASH: Not every minority is a theft. Spend less time behind the register watching people and ask if they need assistance. Customer service is not your forte!"
"I go to this store if I am in the area. The staff is wonderful. Yesterday I had a sales associate named Barbara who cashed me out. She provided excellent service. I love this store. It is the best Talbot outlet I have ever been to. Good selection and great prices!"
"I took my mother to shop here. She loves the clothes. My issue was the 14 minute check out, once we got to the register with 4 items. There was a trainee at the register (I don't fault her). The manager was busy. It was obviously short staffed on a Saturday at 5pm."
