"Great store with some nice clothing including some incredible bargains, the day we visited t shirts were buy 1 get 2 free. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store did look a bit untidy but it was busy and difficult for staff to tidy wverything the customers were moving. Parking can be problematic on busy days with disabled parking usually very difficult."
"Needed to return two pairs of pants as they were simply too short for me. I had the receipt, the tags were off but as listed in their return policy (on the receipt itself), I should’ve received a full return regardless. This was also well within the return window. While I understand it’s not ideal the tags were not attached - forcing me to gather clothing I did not want and ultimately not caring at all about me was not really the best solution. I was non-combative in the store but I didn’t appreciate the manager’s apathetic and condescending demeanor. It appeared as though the option for refund was fully available but she opted to help her sales over customer service. Not a fan. I won’t be going to any Aeropostale in the future, the quality and service is too poor for this ridiculousness."
