"I went into lucky brand today to find a particular pair of jeans and asked an employee for help. The employee was very rude and acted like she had a problem with helping me find what I needed. I’ve never been in this store before and do not plan on ever returning. To the employee that had the problem helping me, if you don’t like your job go find another one. There is no reason to be a grinch during Christmas time!!!"
"Absolutely horrible service trying to order a gift card online. On July 9th I ordered a $50 gift card for which I was charged $10 just to mail it. As of the 16th on my brother's birthday, the card had never shipped and had been lost in the shuffle. I requested that they immediately send out another one, and now 10 days late, they still have not ever shipped out the card. All I get is "oh I'm sorry, we'll try it again". Meanwhile I'm stuck spending an exorbitant amount of money for shipping a piece of plastic, and my family member has no present and it might be a month after his birthday before he ever receives it. The only reason I did not rate this experience lower, is the fact that you can only go as low as 1 *"
