"After tonight’s experience I won’t be shopping at this express ever again. I came after the holidays with the holiday hours ( store closes at 9) I bought a sweater and walked around and decided I wanted to return it. I sped walk to the store and made it to the door by 8:50pm ( trying to be mindful of the closing time). The door was already locked. I pointed to my bag and held up my receipt. The girls all ignored me and stood around laughing amongst each other. Because of these young inconsiderate girls I now have to come back tomorrow WASTE GAS to do my return because they decided they didnt feel like working 10 more minute of their shift. The customer service is AWFUL here. Stay away"

"I have been going to Express since it was Structure back in the day for men. However, after the experience I had yesterday with trying to exchange two shirts for my wife that needs a smaller size I will not return to Express again. Especially not this one. Customer service is terrible. The guy tried to charge us another 20 dollars because he took away all is the discounts we got plus the Express cash we used. I will find other places to shop for now. I was really upset and just got a refund. My wife was even more upset after we spent 35 minutes to find the right sizes and make sure everything fits right."

"Outstanding service. I went looking for a suit. 2 associates both asked what I needed. When I went to checkout, they didn't have my exact size on the rack. Associate went to the back and found it for me. Really friendly and professional. Store was very clean and organized. Left with a bomb looking extra slim suit"
