"Very rude team. The store was just closed and I was not aware about that. I tried to open the door, the employee started to frawn and do gestures with his hand means like go away. So rude! That’s why I will always support adidas as a respectful brand treating customers like kings!"
"Amazing inventory with huge discounts and great customer service. It was a very busy Saturday when we visited the store. I had a birthday coupon that was not working at the register but our cashier was able to honor it for us. She was great and very personable, but with everything going on, she rang us up for an item that we did not purchase by mistake. One week later, we realized what happened and called the store without much hope of getting our refund. The store manager, Ecat, was so professional and efficient. She went above and beyond to pull the tape and see the item was put back and not purchased. She did all of this in record time and was even able to refund us over the phone. I have never experienced that before and wanted to recognize her. Between the staff and the inventory, this is the best Nike store I’ve ever been to. Thank you Tampa."

"Changed my 5 star review to a 1 star. Bought a small kids backpack there and got home to realize they charged $37 but the suggested retail was less than what they were charging. What a rip off. If I ever buy from there again, I'll be double checking prices."
