"I have always had issues with this place from the first time i went. Ive given them a try the second time and thats when i decided to never come back for my stuff. My roommate still goes there and every year its always an issue with them billing his primary insurance cuz i have him on mine as secondary but each year I have to tell them to bill his primary and not involve mine becuase its for when he needs a back up of glasses if he needs it. Today they did it again and charged a copay and for the test (both things he never pays with his insurance....hence they billed MY insurance even after i said not to). They dont care about their customers they only care about charging them one way or another."

"Went to MyEyeDr for the first time today. I walked in and was greeted right away. I waited no longer than 10 minutes before they took me back to the exam rooms. The assistant was very pleasant and professional (explaining everything she was doing). Dr. Patel came in and did a thorough exam, and I was very pleased with her. Then I was taken to the front to pick out my glasses and I was greeted by Adriana and she was amazing. She was so professional and helpfull( I will definitely ask for her again). Overall, I had a wonderful experience there and would highly recommend this establishment."

"The reviews are exactly what is stated and not the ones fudged up. I never had a opportunity to see the Doctor for the first appointment was totally my fault my appointment was 11:15am and I was in route and called at that time and the Manger(gentleman) stated Doctor had already gone to lunch and rescheduled for 4:30pm when I arrived at 4:28pm he said the doctor was gone and he said 4:15pm is what he said . Not to argue I know he did not but I will say from what the reviews say and seeing them when I did get in the reviews are totally correct. They just need to get their business correct and run it in a professional and caring manner. God bless the entire company and prayers are definitely lifted to eventually get some order and professional help."

"I was there in July and I wanted contacts but my appointment was just for glasses so the person who helps you for frames told me that they were running a special for $89. They wouldn’t use my insurance and save it for contacts appointment. Hi, go there today and they’re telling me my whole appointment is out-of-pocket and I’m asking them why and they’re telling me that because my insurance was used last time which it wasn’t supposed to be. Telling me that my insurance only covers lenses which isn’t true. They cover lenses, frames and the appointment so I only would’ve had to pay the extra for image of the eye exam. I spent $100 out-of-pocket and they use all my insurance."
